Don’t let auto-renew pick your 2027 plan.

The extra premium help is gone and 2027 rates are up. Open Enrollment runs Nov 1 to Jan 15, and we’ll compare your options, check your doctors and prescriptions, and get you enrolled in plain English.

Key dates

  • Nov 1, 2026: Open Enrollment opens.

  • Dec 15, 2026: Enroll by this date for coverage that starts Jan 1, 2027.

  • Jan 15, 2027: Last day to enroll. Coverage starts Feb 1.

  • Small business group plans don’t follow these dates. They can start any time of year.

Why auto-renew is riskier this year

  • The extra premium help ended. The enhanced tax credits expired at the end of 2025, and Congress hasn’t brought them back.

  • The income cliff is back. Above 400% of the poverty level, premium help generally stops: $63,840 for one person and $132,000 for a family of four in 2027.

  • Rates are up for 2027. Your renewal notice may not look like last year’s.

  • Some insurers are leaving. Cigna is exiting the ACA individual market, so some people will be moved into a plan they never picked.

What we do for you

  1. Your options side by side. We compare premium, deductible, out-of-pocket max, and network on the plans you qualify for, so you’re not decoding it alone.

  2. Your doctors and prescriptions checked first. A cheap plan isn’t cheap if your doctor is out of network.

  3. Your income estimate done carefully. Self-employed income moves around, and near the cliff, a few thousand dollars changes what you pay. Starting with tax year 2026, extra credit has to be paid back in full.

  4. Your auto-renewal reviewed. We’ll check what you were renewed into and whether something else fits better, while there’s still time to switch.

  5. Small business owners covered too. Have employees? Group coverage for 1 to 50 employees can start any month, so you don’t have to wait for November.

  6. No cost to talk to us. Consultations are free, and there’s no pressure.
